Getting to Site

  • All arrivals onsite must be between 11am and 5 pm on the 31st of December. Any arrival before or after this time must be approved by the Moot Team ahead of time.

  • Shuttle services will be available for participants on the 31st of December from 4 locations from 11am till 4:30pm - Devonport CBD, Devonport Airport, Spirit of Tasmania Terminal, and the Launceston Airport. These shuttles will be allocated depending on when people arrive at these locations, so be sure to put as many details as you can about your arrival into the state on the Transport page of your registration.

  • Parking is also available. All cars arriving onsite will be placed into Long Term Car Parking unless there is prior approval for access to the Short Term Car Park. You can access your car in the Long Term Carpark to collect gear, but you will not be able to move the car until after the closing ceremony. Please note that it is approximately 1.5km walking distance between the Long Term Carpark and the tent area of the Campsite.

  • A shuttle bus will be running from the Long Term Carpark up to Admin/Site Check-In on the 31st December to help ferry people and their personal gear.

  • Participants are to leave site by 1:30pm on the 8th unless previously organised. If you are traveling with your contingent, check with your contingent leader for your travel plans, and arrival and departure times.

Onsite Services

  • Mobile service coverage is currently limited onsite. We will be providing internet access for access to the registration system and basic communications, but this service will be limited.

  • All participants will be camping in tents with their contingent.

  • Laundry and dish washing facilities are available for all participants.

  • All meals are catered for, so be sure to have your dietary requirements up to date on your registration. There will also be a Cafe for snacks and drinks, The General Store for basics and merch, and the Bar.

  • There are no paved paths onsite except for those around the established buildings. For this reason, we recommend you bring a bag you can carry off the ground (hiking pack/duffel bag/etc).
