Post Moot Info

We hope everyone had a safe journey home and enjoyed your post-moot tours of our beautiful state.

We’d just like to take this moment to summarise some things, now that camp is packed up and our team has had some time to relax.

Refunds

Our finance team is currently hard at work, and is ready to start processing some refunds.

Cancelled activities and excess moot money will begin being returned shortly. Requests for refunds that were not within the refund policy will be assessed after this step is completed.

Please note, that all money will be refunded through the method originally used for payment - please get in contact with us by 23/1/22 if you need to change your details.

Health

As you are probably all aware, COVID was present onsite. For the entire duration of AIM, less than 20 cases were reported, both onsite and on expeditions. For that, we would like to thank everyone for taking health seriously during your time at AIM; testing when required, wearing a mask, and looking out for each other.

If you have tested positive since returning home, please reacquaint yourselves with your state guidelines and take care of yourself.

Lost Property

If you lost something onsite, please send us a message on our socials or by email, and we can dive into our box of found goodies. Please be aware that you will need to cover shipping if you want something returned by post.

Merch

The merch shop is open once more! We are now able to accept card payments and organise shipping, so that means anyone can now buy their own bit of AIM history. Head to shop.appleislemoot.com.au to grab yours
